DEPARTMENT OF ZOOLOGY - EDUCATION

The Department of Zoology provides teaching of several compulsory courses in Bachelor and Master degree studies: Comparative Animal Morphology, Conservation Biology, Fieldwork from Zoology, Introduction to Ecology, Zoogeography, Zoology I and Zoology II.


We also offer compulsory elective courses: Applied Entomology, Biospeleology, Basic Chiropterology, Ecology of Birds, Ecology of Mammals, Ecology of Soil Animals, Ecology of Water Animals, Entomocenoses of Slovakia, Field Course of Ecology, Hydrobiology and Soil Ecology.  

Assoc. Prof. Ľubomír Panigaj, PhD. is guarantor of bachelor study program General Ecology and Ecology of Individuals and Populations.

Prof. Igor Hudec, PhD. is guarantor of master and doctoral study program General Ecology and Ecology of Individuals and Populations.
